TERMS
Terms.
LAST UPDATED — AUGUST 2026
These terms cover the use of this website and enquiries made through it. Client projects are governed by a separate proposal and agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
01Using this site
You are welcome to browse, read and share this site. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or submit the forms automatically.
02Enquiries and audits
Submitting a form does not create a contract. A free website audit is a professional opinion offered in good faith, not a guarantee of results, and we may decline requests.
Please give accurate contact details, or we cannot reply.
03Pricing
Prices shown on this site are the standard starting points for our published packages. Anything beyond that scope is quoted before work begins. A written proposal is the only binding price.
04Projects and payment
Work starts once a proposal is accepted and the deposit is paid. Timelines assume timely content and feedback from you. Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
05Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final website design and content produced for you. HoD keeps ownership of underlying tools, components and know-how used to build it, and may show the finished work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Everything on this site — the HoD name, mark, copy, layouts and imagery — belongs to Hall of Digital. The case studies shown are our own work.
06Third-party services
Websites we build usually rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, email or payments. Those services have their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability.
07Liability
We take care with our work, but this site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, HoD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
08Privacy
Information you send through the forms is handled as set out in our privacy policy.
09Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
