We only collect what you type into one of our two forms.

Start a project: your name, business name, email address, phone number, what you need, and an optional short note.

Free website audit: your website address, your name, email address and phone number.

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address with each submission. It cannot be reversed into an address; it exists purely to stop the same source flooding the forms.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking, and the site sets no marketing or analytics cookies.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare the audit you asked for, and discuss the project. That is it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

A submission notifies us by email, and we get in touch using the contact details you gave us. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) and the site is served from a global edge network (Cloudflare). Data may therefore be processed outside the UK under standard contractual protections. Access to the database is restricted to HoD.

• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• Resend — sending us the notification email when you submit a form.
• Google Fonts — serving the typefaces used on this site.

No other third party receives your information. There are no analytics or advertising providers involved.

Enquiries and audit requests are kept for up to 24 months so we have a record of the conversation, then deleted. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as we need them for the work and for legal and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Email admin@hallofdigital.com with the subject “Data request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm the email address or phone number you originally submitted so we find the right record.
